Join Our Team as an In-Office Therapy Assistant
Help practice members feel welcomed and supported during treatments while contributing to the growth of our wellness practice. Our ideal applicant has a background in marketing, strong people skills, and a proactive, upbeat attitude.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is not a desk-and-clipboard job. You will be on the floor with our practice members, keeping the day moving and helping the practice grow.
Practice Member Experience
- Help practice members get situated for their modalities and treatments
- Educate and communicate with practice members about their care
- Talk naturally with practice members about current promotions
Front Office and Operations
- Handle light scheduling and admin
- Take on opening and closing responsibilities as a key holder
- Eventually help track care plans and modalities as our systems move digital
Marketing and Practice Growth
- Spot referral and family opportunities and help move those leads toward scheduling
- Participate in our in-office marketing
- Work on marketing initiatives during the midday break
- Support the overall growth of the practice

Qualifications
What We Need
- Strong people skills and comfort educating practice members
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a fast-paced style
- Alignment with a holistic lifestyle and wellness
- Experience with chiropractic, or a genuinely open and positive attitude toward it
- Trustworthiness backed by strong references and background, since you will be a key holder
What Makes You Stand Out
- Previous chiropractic office experience
- A marketing background or experience
- Comfort starting conversations that lead to referrals and family visits
- Living within 15 to 20 minutes of Anaheim Hills, Fullerton, or Villa Park
Pay and Opportunity
Part-time, in-office, and rewarded for the results you help create.

Based in Placentia, CA, working side by side with our in-office care team.
Work Schedule
Hours for the Position
Part-time, in-office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. You'll support practice members during busy patient hours, with some marketing responsibilities between patient sessions.

Between sessions: Some marketing responsibilities may take place during the 12:30–2:30 PM midday gap. Scheduling details, including any marketing hours between shifts, will be discussed during hiring.
